Legendary Zanzibar Beach Resort sits on the Michamvi Peninsula on Zanzibar’s southeast coast. The resort has 48 rooms, split between Standard and Superior categories and partly interconnected, each with air conditioning, a private bathroom with a separate toilet and shower, and a patio or veranda overlooking the garden or one of the two central pools. Some rooms offer direct pool access, and the property includes a secluded private beach a short walk from the rooms.
The restaurant and bar sit at the centre of the resort, serving Swahili and international dishes with both à la carte and poolside menu options, and select rooms can arrange a floating breakfast served in a private pool.
