Mti Mkubwa Camp Kilimanjaro is the first overnight campsite on the scenic Lemosho Route, located within the lush rainforest zone of Mount Kilimanjaro at an altitude of approximately 2,650 meters. Known as “Big Tree Camp,” the site is surrounded by dense tropical forest, towering trees, and diverse wildlife typical of Kilimanjaro’s lower slopes.
