I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kiwoito! My trip to Tanzania got off to a difficult start when a flight delay cost me the first two days of my safari. Kiwoito did everything possible to reorganize the rest of my trip at very short notice so I could still enjoy the best experiences, including the Serengeti. Later, when I arrived in Arusha, Charles personally came to meet me at my accommodation to brief me and put my mind at ease. I was fully prepared for the following morning. Kiwoito also upgraded me free of charge from a mid-range lodge to a luxury lodge to make up for the two days I lost from my safari.
